Yes! While I love to meet clients “in real life”, I recognize that getting to a session in-person can be a barrier for some people and I’m glad to be able to offer the option to meet online. Online sessions are offered through my Jane App and are safe and secure. They are provided from my office and offer the same confidentiality as an in-person session.
I ask that you please set yourself up to take our session from a space that is equally safe, confidential, quiet, and cozy.
Sessions are 60-minutes long and cost $190. The same rate applies to in-person and virtual sessions. I offer a free 20-minute introductory call to answer your questions and see if we’re a good fit.
As a Canadian Certified Counsellor, services with me are covered under many benefit plans. I encourage you to review your policy for details and look specifically for ‘Canadian Certified Counsellor’ or ‘Counsellor’ services. Counselling often falls under the ‘Extended Health Care, Paramedical’ category.
The client-therapist relationship is actually one of the most important determinants of successful outcomes in therapy! While this relationship — like any good relationship — takes time to build, I offer a free 20-minute consult call to get to know each other. During this call, we’ll discuss what inspired you to reach out and get a sense for what you hope to work on during our time together. I’ll tell you a bit more about myself and you’ll have time to ask me questions. Click here to book your free 20-minute consult call.
Please provide 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, otherwise there will be a fee.
If no notice is provided and you do not attend your session, you will be charged the full fee.

Yes. While I believe that individual therapy can be beneficial for many, I know that lots of the challenges that my clients face come from systemic issues beyond their control. Having worked in the non-profit sector for many years, including in leadership roles, I am pleased to offer a variety of trainings, key notes, and workshops for organizations and their leadership teams.
